Having created, run and sold two successful small businesses and now being the sole proprietor of this business, I

REAL ESTATE:
Having now done over a thousand real estate closings it is safe to say I know the ins and outs of transactions.
From contract negotiations, arranging financing, consultation during inspections and through the closing, I will provide calm,
expert guidance and help you enjoy a smooth easy closing. I understand that real estate transactions can involve
enough stress without a lawyer fanning the flames or complicating matters. Let me help you with your closing and you'll

ESTATE
PLANNING:
When it comes to estate planning and administration, nobody really likes to think about
these things very much. However, nobody wants to leave these important items unattended to either. Without a will
(and maybe a Trust), living will and durable power of attorney, upon your death or disability you have no control over what
happens to your body or the things you have worked so hard to build for future generations. I do a lot of "simple
wills"; meaning that, though critically important upon your death, it is not a complex document that you should
have any reason to avoid getting. Again, through many years of listening to peoples' fears, concerns and bad experiences,
I am sensitive to the need to confront these things, at least briefly, to get your affairs in order. Then you can cross
that item off the list for a couple of years and not have that nagging worry hanging over you.
ESTATE
ADMINISTRATION (Probate):
Estate administration is another thing people dread and sometimes get over
their heads trying to do themselves. When a family member or friend dies there is enough agony without the probate process
needing to consume any more of your mental energy than necessary. Let me help you get through the process as quickly
and painlessly as possible.
OTHER:
While my practice is limited to the
areas briefly outlined above, I find that there is so much more to each of those areas than can be briefly described here.
